Board of Directors
The association is directed by a board of 12 fellow members who are elected to serve 4-year terms as directors. Directors are farmers, ranchers and rural home owners representing each part of our association territory. Each year stockholders are asked to vote for directors by mail-in ballot. Directors then meet monthly with the senior management team to guide association business practices.
Nominating Committee
Each year members elect fellow members (by county) to serve as Nominating Committee members. The Nominating Committee officially nominates members to run for the Board of Directors.
Advisory Committee Members
About 10% of association members are asked to serve a three-year term as an Advisory Committee member. Advisory Committee members meet annually with the CEO and/or senior management to discuss association issues, concerns and opportunities. This grass-roots input is extremely valuable to association leadership!
