SVP of Operations Andrea Leding was recently named the 2024 Perry McCourt Distinguished Alumna by Arkansas Tech Department of Agriculture & Tourism SVP of Operations Andrea Leding was recently named the 2024 Perry McCourt Distinguished Alumna by Arkansas Tech Department of Agriculture & Tourism. Andrea was recognized for her steadfast commitment to Arkansas Tech University and the Department. This award is named in memory of Perry McCourt, longtime Farm Credit employee, ATU alumnus, and dedicated supporter of the ATU Department of Agriculture. Our employee engagement group, Spark, recently visited River Valley Food 4 Kids! They donated food gathered by employees across our territory and volunteered in the warehouse. We had a great time attending the 2024 Arkansas Women in Agriculture conference! Since 2005, we have proudly partnered with Farm Credit Associations of Arkansas to sponsor this impactful event. Taylor Plugge, consumer loan officer in Clarksville, donated $500 to Clarksville Rotary Club through our Community Involvement Program. Over the past year, Taylor has played an active role in her organization. Pictured is Taylor participating in the Rotary Readers Program where she read once a week to the local primary and elementary school to promote the importance of literacy and reading at a young age.
