SUPERVISOR: Director of Marketing

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Full-time position for a Communications Specialist to create, coordinate, and execute internal and external communication and marketing pieces that align with the association’s strategic marketing and communication goals; build and execute social media strategy to attract and interact with targeted communities to build brand equity in Western Arkansas and beyond.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or public relations
Three years’ marketing/communications experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
General knowledge of agricultural business
Expert oral and written communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate and convey messages through marketing materials
Expert skill in media concepts and designs
Expert skill in interacting and working effectively with others
Skill in utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft products to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Skill working independently
Skill in utilizing a systematic approach to problem-solving
Skill in understanding and dealing with business situations
Experience with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and/or Canva preferred but not required
