POSITION: Mortgage/Consumer Loan Officer

SUPERVISOR: SVP of Consumer Markets

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Incumbent manages and grows an assigned portfolio of loans that meet profitability and credit quality targets, while maintaining a high level of credit administration. Marketing and Community Engagement is an expectation of this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in agricultural business/management/marketing or finance and/or
Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer, mortgage, and/or commercial lending or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Expert knowledge and understanding of mortgage, consumer, business or finance
Expert interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of agricultural industry
Working knowledge of marketing principles and practices
Computer proficiency
