Area 2 Director Election Update

It is with sadness that we inform you that director nominee Maxel “Todd” T. Durning passed away unexpectedly on September 12, 2025.  Mr. Durning was one of two nominees for an open seat on the board of directors of Farm Credit of Western Arkansas for Area 2.  Given that there is insufficient time for the Nominating Committee to identify another nominee for Area 2, this leaves the remaining nominee, Jennifer J. Cook, as the only unopposed nominee for Area 2. We extend our sincere condolences to Mr. Durning’s family and loved ones during this time of loss.
