MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Full-time position for a Cyber Security Analyst (CSA) who plays a crucial role in the daily operations of safeguarding the association’s diverse information systems and brings technical expertise across all dimensions of network, system, and application security. The CSA ensures that systems and networks are consistently designed, developed, deployed, and managed with a strong emphasis on effective security measures and risk management protocols. Additionally, the CSA leads the association’s vulnerability management program, oversees annual cybersecurity assessments and penetration tests, and monitors emerging threats to enable the association to proactively implement risk mitigation strategies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer science, statistics, or related field.
Prior Work Experience:

Three years of relevant work experience

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
Knowledge and Skills​:
- Working knowledge of data preparation, processing, classification, and forecasting
- Expert skill in data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices
- Working knowledge of data modeling tools
- Skill in Project Management
- Working knowledge of relational database servers
- Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution
- Skill in analyzing, integrating and documenting the business needs of multiple stakeholders
- Skill in data management techniques
- Skill in utilizing a systematic approach to problem solving
- Skill in creating technical documentation
- Skill in researching data management issues, practices, and products as required.
- Highly motivated, ability to effectively prioritize, and keen attention to detail
- Skill in utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in customer service, team and collaborative environment
- Oral and written communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
